INGREDIENTS
1 banana
10 strawberries
1 soup spoon of peanut butter
1 soup spoon of porridge oats
1 tsp honey (over 1's)
Isle of Man creamery milk (how much depends on how thick you like your smoothie)
METHOD
1) Throw it all in a food processor and whizz until combined - It really is that easy!
