Banana, strawberry, peanut butter and oat smoothie

Sometimes it can be hard to get good stuff into our little ones! This smoothie combines fruit with oats and peanut butter to help keep fill their tummies and keep them running rings around you!

INGREDIENTS

1 banana
10 strawberries
1 soup spoon of peanut butter
1 soup spoon of porridge oats
1 tsp honey (over 1's)
Isle of Man creamery milk (how much depends on how thick you like your smoothie)

METHOD

1) Throw it all in a food processor and whizz until combined - It really is that easy!  

Libby serves her smoothies in these reusable pouches by nomnomkids.co.uk but you can serve in a cup, or make it quite thick and serve it as a smoothie bowl - topped with seeds, sliced almonds, chia seeds, sliced fruit with a spoon!!
