Make your halloween guests this tasty dessert using lots of lovely grass-fed milk and cream!
INGREDIENTS
400ml Double Cream
150ml Whole milk
3 sheets of gelatine
60g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional food colouring
METHOD
- Add the gelatine to cold water and leave for at least five minutes
- Add the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla to a saucepan and stir until the sugar has dissolved
- Heat until gently simmering
- Squeeze the water from the gelatine and add to the warm mixture, stir until dissolved
- If desired add food colouring and add the mixture to moulds to set in the fridge. We froze ours so that they were easy to remove from the intricate moulds!
