Spooky Vanilla Panna Cotta

Make your halloween guests this tasty dessert using lots of lovely grass-fed milk and cream!

INGREDIENTS

400ml Double Cream

150ml Whole milk 

3 sheets of gelatine

60g caster sugar 

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional food colouring

METHOD

  1.  Add the gelatine to cold water and leave for at least five minutes 
  2.  Add the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla to a saucepan and stir until the sugar has dissolved 
  3.  Heat until gently simmering 
  4.  Squeeze the water from the gelatine and add to the warm mixture, stir until dissolved 
  5.  If desired add food colouring and add the mixture to moulds to set in the fridge. We froze ours so that they were easy to remove from the intricate moulds!
  6.  Enjoy!
