These gooey brownies are a real treat - perfect served with cream and your favourite hot drink!
INGREDIENTS
170g Isle of Man Creamery butter
250g Caster sugar
3 free range Manx eggs
250g dark chocolate
150g Nutella
30g cocoa powder
200g Caramilk or white chocolate
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Melt 170g butter and allow to cool
- Add 250g caster sugar and whisk until thick and creamy
- Add three eggs and beat until thick and fluffy
- Melt the dark chocolate and allow to cool slightly
- Add the melted chocolate and nutella to the mixture and whisk
- Add the flour and cocoa powder and mix until just combined
- Chop the Caramilk into small chunks and add to the mixture
- Pour the mixture into a lined time and bake for 35 - 40 mins or until cooked through
